Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium offers sporting clubs, charities, school PTAs and community schemes in the North West the chance to raise some much needed money for their organisation with Fund-Racing.
The next batch of Fund-Racing nights will take place at Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium on the evenings of:
Belle Vue Greyhound Stadium will supply each club with 100 tickets (for admission to the Stadium with a race card and a drink) free of charge for the relevant Fund-Racing night – organisations then sell these tickets for up to (worth £11 per person, but you can sell them as half price at £5.50 per ticket – the more you sell for the more you make) (over 18’s only) sell to their club members, families and friends, work colleagues, etc with all the proceeds being retained by the club. If an organisation sells all of its allocated tickets that's up to £550 for your Funds!
There are no hidden costs and participation is completely free. Six organisations will be required for each night thus a total of thirty six clubs can compete for the honour of being crowned the Fund-Racing Champion.
Each organisation will be allocated a trap number and your organisation will be represented by this trap number for each of the six Fund-Racing races – the position the dog finishes in each Fund-Racing race scores points on a league table basis (7 points for 1st place, 5 points for 2nd place and so on down to 1 point for 6th place).
The organisation with the highest points total on each of the six evenings (listed above) will be invited back approximately 6 months later to compete in another Fund-Racing evening. The overall winner will be crowned Fund-Racing Champion and will receive a trophy along with a prize for the organisation (subject to more than 35 people from your organisation attending on the night of the Final).
