Hall Green Stadium has a range of Conference and Event packages to suit your budget and event needs. Packages can be tailored to individual event requirements.
For your convenience we offer three Conference and Event packages which include:
- Daytime meeting with an evening of greyhound racing and overnight accommodation
- Daytime meeting with an evening of greyhound racing
- Daytime meeting only
Daytime Meetings
The daytime meeting package is subject to minimum numbers and includes:
- Meeting room hire for the day
- Arrival tea, coffee and danish pastries
- Mid Morning tea,coffee & biscuits
- Finger buffet lunch with tea, coffee
- Mid Afternoon tea,coffee & biscuits
- Still Mineral Water on tables
- Sweets on table
- Delegate pads and pencils
- Screen and flipchart with pens
- Complimentary day membership of the Snooker Club inc. private room and tables (5.00pm -7.00pm)
- Dedicated Conference & Events co-ordinator throughout the day
Booking Extras
The following booking extras can also be provided on request:
- Breakfast, juices,cakes and pastries plus equipment hire including LCD projectors.
Evening Greyhound Racing
After a successful but tiring business meeting schedule you and your delegates can look forward to a relaxing evening of exciting greyhound racing with no worries about traffic or taxi hire as we transform your business suites into luxurious corporate hospitality suites or prepare your table in our Grandstand Restaurant. awaiting your arrival.

Overnight Accommodation - The Lodge Hotel
Delegates who have booked into our package that includes overnight accommodation can relax for the period between the end of your meetings and at the start of racing at around 7.30 pm in the hotel lounge bar or pool room, catch up on the day’s news on satellite TV or take a 5 minute stroll around to the Stadium Snooker Club which offers free daytime stadium snooker club membership for the duration of your stay with us.
