The greyhounds have raced week in and week out... they have trained and given their all to the cheers of the crowd. They have given us great entertainment and excitement and when they come to the end of their racing career it is our turn to help look after the retired greyhounds and find them a loving home.

This is when the Retired Greyhound Trust (RGT) steps in to help to find greyhounds a caring home.
Thousands of families love the dogs for their gentle and affectionate nature. Greyhounds are wonderful companions they are fantastic with children, Natural couch potatoes and love to be lazy only needing just two 20-minute walks a day.
About 9000 greyhounds retire from greyhound racing every year all of whom need to be cared for and loved.
