Booking Conditions

For Telephone Bookings & Booking Requests

  • A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required within 10 days of making the booking.
  • The balance payment must be paid (based on the final numbers) at least 28 days prior to the evening.
  • If the booking is for a date within the next 28 days (a "late booking"), full payment is due at the time of the booking.

For Internet Bookings

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies & Booking Changes

All Packages - please read carefully

  • Your booking may be cancelled without notice if you do not make a payment on the dates due.
  • Some of our packages (especially those on the website) have different cancellation policies and many are non-refundable. If there are stated additional terms and conditions associated with a package they will take precedence over the related terms shown here.
  • If you are offered a special or personal price (either via email, text message or displayed on our website) then these packages are generally non-refundable.

Trackside Bookings

  • If you advise us of changes / cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period these policies will apply:
    • 14 days (or more): Booking may be transferred to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) however, no refund is available.
    • 14 days (or less) or Late Bookings: No refund or transfer is available.

Restaurant Bookings

  • If you advise us of changes / cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period these policies will apply:
    • 28 days (or more): Option of booking an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) or receiving a full refund.
    • 27 - 14 days: Booking may be transferred to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) however, no refund is available.
    • 14 days (or less) or Late Bookings: No refund or transfer is available.
  • A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required within 10 days of making the booking.

Executive Suites/Boxes Bookings

  • If you advise us of changes / cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period these policies will apply:
    • 56 days (or more): Option of booking an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) or receiving a full refund.
    • 55 - 28 days: Booking may be transferred to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) however, no refund is available.
    • 28 days (or less) or Late Bookings: No refund or transfer is available.
    • If less than 56 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required within 10 days of making the booking.

Minimum and Maximum Numbers

  • Please check the details of each package for minimum number requirements.
  • Maximum numbers are generally limited by the capacity and availability of your chosen area. For some discounted packages we may impose a maximum party size or there may be limited availability.

Restricted Packages & Proof of Age

  • Packages which include either tote betting or alcohol are only available to customers who are over 18 years of age ("Adults Only").
  • We may ask anyone who is (or appears to be) under 21 to prove their age when:
    • Entering the stadium on an Adults Only package
    • When purchasing an alcoholic drink
    • When placing a tote bet
    • Purchasing any other age-restricted package or product
  • If we are not satisfied that you are 18 or over, service will be refused and (for Adults Only packages) you will not be permitted to enter the stadium and no refunds will be given.

Abandoned Meetings & Closed Areas

  • If we cancel a race meeting will we contact all customers concerned and offer them a free transfer to another date of their choice (subject to availability) or a full refund
  • If we close the venue for which you are booked (such as a Restaurant or Executive Suite) we will transfer you to another venue of equal or better quality without additional charge.
  • In the unlikely event that we abandon a race meeting after the first race has been run; then the decision of the race steward will be final and the current Greyhound Board rules will apply.

Children’s Pricing

  • Children are allowed in both the Executive Suites and restaurants, if they are dining with adults.   Children 6 - 12 will receive a discount of 25%.

General Conditions

  • Prices are valid for the periods shown. If a validity period is not indicated, please use this as a guide price only.
  • Prices often vary by month and different prices always apply for the Christmas period (normally last week in November - 5th January).
  • While prices and packages are accurate at the time of publication, information is subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm your requirements with central reservations before you book.
  • Sample menus are shown for guidance and are subject to change and dish availability. Certain dishes may attract a supplement charge and this is shown on the menus.
  • Where packages include drinks or drinks vouchers these can only be exchanged as per the stipulation of that package.  Generally this is for our current house beer (bottled or draught), house wines and house spirits. Inclusive alcoholic drinks can be exchanged for their equivalent sized soft drink.
  • In the event of that incorrect prices or information on the website are displayed as a result of human or technical error, we reserve the right to change the service provided or amend the price charged as per the originally intended price or service levels.  Where this is to the detriment of the customer, GRA will offer the chance to cancel a booking and waive any applicable cancellation charges.

Payment Methods

  • When booking online your booking may be subject to final availability verification before your booking is confirmed.  Once your booking is confirmed your credit card will be charged and the cancellation policy will apply.
  • When booking online we will send you an email (to your registered email address) informing your of the progress of your booking.  Please make sure the email address you provide is valid and / or check your “spam” or “junk” folder to ensure you receive this communication.  We cannot be held respsible for undeliverable emails.
  • Cheques should be made payable to GRA Ltd and must be received at least 14 days prior to the evening.
  • When sending a cheque, please ensure that you include your name, address, the date, location of the booking and your booking reference.
  • Payment by cheque on the night must be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Visa Debit Cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express, Diners Club, Electron or Solo Cards.
  • We may require additional security checks to validate credit card payments, which include, but are not limited to, postcode & surname matching and CVV verification. If you supply us with additional personal details for this purpose, these details are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Any drinks consumed must be settled on the evening prior to departure.

Race Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship must be paid for at least 14 days prior to the evening.
  • A minimum of 14 days notice is required for all race sponsorship bookings.
  • If 14 days or more notice is received the sponsorship can be moved to another date (within 3 months subject to availability) or can be refunded. However, after this date no refund or transfer will be given.
