Winter Vegetable Soup  (v)

Trio of Melons (v) 
With fresh berries and a Port wine coulis
Oak smoked Salmon
With rocket leaf, capers and lemon oil

With toasted Ciabbatta and tomato chutney

Main Courses

All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
Traditional Roast Turkey
With a sage, onion and sausage stuffing wrapped in bacon and served with a cranberry sauce tart
Roasted Sirloin of Beef
Served with a rich red wine, shallot and forest mushroom sauce
Baked Fillet of Salmon
With a lobster mousse and served on a dill cream suace
Smoked Loin of Ham
Glazed with honey and grain mustard
