Starters

Chef’s Home Made Soup of the Day (V)
With a crusty roll and butter
Garlic Bread Tapenade with Pancetta
With a mix of finely chopped black olives, peppers and red onion and dressed with a dash of olive oil
Warm Roasted Mushrooms (V)
Filled with grilled mozzarella and cheddar cheese, served on mixed leaves with chopped tomato and vinaigrette
Southern Fried Potato Wedges (V)
With a garlic mayonnaise and sweet chilli dip
Prawn and Crayfish Cocktail
Bound in Marie Rose sauce, with crisp iceberg lettuce, finished with succulent king prawns and served with slices of buttered baguette

Half a Roast Chicken
Served with a sage, onion and sausage stuffing wrapped in bacon. Also comes peas, leeks, carrot wedges and roast potatoes

Beef Goulash
Traditional Hungarian dish, warmly spiced with paprika. Served on a bed of fluffy white rice and finished with soured cream

Wine suggestion: Faustino VII Rioja (8)

Fisherman's Pie
A fine selection of fish fillets bound in a white wine sauce and topped with mashed potato and mature cheddar cheese. Served with peas, leeks and carrot wedges

Wine suggestion: Nobilo Souther Rivers Sauvignon Blanc (3)

Pork Chop
A succulent pork chop grilled to perfection abd complimented with a creamy apple and cider sauce. Served with traditional roast potatoes, peas, leeks and carrot wedges

Vegetarian Lasagne (V)
Home made individual lasagne served with garlic ciabatta bites and a mixed green salad

Sirloin Steak
With a roast flat mushroom topped with a grilled tomato stuffed with pea puree. Also comes with chunky chips, and a creamy peppercorn sauce

Lamb Shank
