Chef’s Home Made Soup of the Day (V)
With a crusty roll and butter
Crispy Smoked Haddock & Herb Fish Cake
Served with salad and a lemon and garlic mayonnaise
Pork and Chicken Liver Parfait
Served with salad, English ale chutney and a wedge of herby crostini
Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad
Traditional Caesar salad topped with whole grilled mini chicken fillets, marinated in authentic tangy Caribbean jerk spices
Smoked Salmon topped with a Lobster and Prawn Timbale

Roast Loin of Pork
Accompanied by fresh green beans, carrots and new potatoes and finished with a creamy jus with a touch of mustard

A succulent chicken breast gently braised in a Southern Mediterranean tomato sauce, with chorizo, and green peppers, served on a bed of rice

Home Made Beef Lasagne
Made with prime beef and served with a green salad and garlic ciabatta bites

Fillet of Salmon en Croute
A piece of prime salmon fillet topped with chopped fresh herbs, wrapped in a lattice of light puff pastry, served with buttered new potatoes, carrots and green beans and a creamy dill sauce

Aubergine and Vegetable Moussaka (V)
a home made moussaka served with a green salad and garlic ciabatta bites

Rack of Lamb
Two 2-rib racks of lamb served on a ring of parsley mash, accompanied by buttered fresh green beans, roasted cherry vine tomatoes and a red wine and balsamic sauce

A tangy and refreshing mousse on a light sponge served with a berry coulis
Vanilla Cheesecake with a hint of Lemon (V)
Served with fresh whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate curls
Home Made Apple Crumble (V)
The traditional favourite served with vanilla custard
Chocolate Ice Cream Trofito (V)
Chocolate and nut coated ice cream bomb, served with fruits of the forest
Chocolate Caramel Sundae (V)
A super-size, super-indulgent sundae. Three varieties of ice cream (chocolate, vanilla and caramel), laced with home made fudge, layered with chocolate shortbread and sponge pieces. Topped off with lashings of whipped cream, crumbled shortbread, a drizzle of fudge and chocolate straws.
