Conference facilities at Birmingham Greyhound Stadium Hall Green
We have a choice of air-conditioned meeting rooms and conference spaces that can be booked for your specific company meeting, exhibition or training event. Whether it is a small meeting for 10 people, or a conference, company sales or team meeting, for up to 100 people.
Executive Suites
We have four modern ,air conditioned Executive Suites which are especially suitable for training events, and board or strategy meetings requiring privacy and discretion. Suites can be set up either Theatre Style or Boardroom Style:
Theatre Style: up to 31 delegates
Boardroom Style: up to 20 delegates
The Blue Riband Suite
The Blue Riband Suite is our additional conference facility which can be adapted to either Cabaret, Classroom or Theatre style with capacities as follows:

The facility to provide syndicate, U shape and Hollow Square room layouts is available if required.
Additional Conference Facilities
There are also two further conference facilities available:
The Snooker Room : A private meeting room located in the Snooker Club with a capacity of up to 50 delegates and also a raised stage area.
Room 211 : Located in the hotel the room which overlooks the track has capacity of up to 14 delegates ideal for luncheons or small meetings.
Catering
All events held on the premises will be catered for by our dedicated catering team.
Equipment Hire
Included as part of your conference facility package are screens, flip charts, pens, pads and pencils. Additional equipment can be hired on your behalf and will be quoted separately.
Dedicated Event Co-ordinator
You can relax in the knowledge that an Event Co-ordinator will be on call throughout your time with us ensuring that your daytime and evening event is a success leaving you time to concentrate on the content for the day.
