BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Telephone Bookings & Booking Requests

  • A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required within 10 days of making the booking.
  • The balance payment must be paid (based on the final numbers) at least 28 days prior to the evening.
  • If the booking is for a date within the next 28 days (a “late booking”), full payment is due at the time of the booking.

For Internet Bookings (Book & Pay On-Line)

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A 50p per person booking fee will be charged for all Internet bookings.
  • This amount is non refundable unless cancellation is at the fault of the stadium.

Cancellation Policies (including date and number changes)

 All Packages - please read carefully

  • Your booking may be cancelled without notice if you do not make a payment on the dates due.
  • Some of our packages (especially those on the website) have different cancellation policies and many are non-refundable.
  • If there are stated additional terms and conditions associated with a package they will take precedence over the related terms shown here.

Any Pre-booked and Pre-paid Trackside Packages Booked in Advance.

Restaurant Bookings

If you advise us of changes / cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period these policies will apply:

  • 27 - 14 days: Booking may be transferred to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference). However, no refund is available.

Executive Suites/Boxes Bookings

If you advise us of changes/cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period these policies will apply:

  • 56 days (or more): Option of booking an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference) or receiving a full refund.
  • 55 - 28 days: Booking may be transferred to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference). However, no refund is available.
  • 28 days (or less) or Late Bookings: No refund or transfer is available.
  • If booking is made less than 56 days before the date of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required within 10 days of making the booking.

Party Sizes & Minimum Numbers

Please check the details of each package for minimum number requirements.

Maximum Numbers

Maximum numbers are generally limited by the capacity and availability of your chosen area. For some discounted packages we may impose a maximum party size or there may be limited availability.

Children’s Pricing (and entry restrictions) / General Age Restrictions (see proof of age)

Packages which include either tote betting or alcohol are only available to customers who are over 18 years of age (“Adults Only”).

Proof of Age

  • We may ask anyone who is (or appears to be) under 21 to prove their age when:
  • Entering the stadium on an Adults Only package •When purchasing an alcoholic drink
  • When placing a tote bet •Purchasing any other age-restricted package or product
  • If we are not satisfied that you are 18 or over, service will be refused and (for Adults Only packages) you will not be permitted to enter the stadium and no refunds will be given.

Children Restaurant  & Children Executive Suites/Boxes

Children are allowed in both the Executive Suites and Grandstand restaurant, if they are dining with adults.

  • Restaurant: - (excluding Wimbledon) Children under 5 years of age free.
  • Childrens' Menu age 6-11 £6
  • Children aged 12 and over full price

Wimbledon Children Packages

Children are allowed in the restaurant if they are dining with an adult, 11 Years and under will receive 50% discount off the full price. 12 years and over full price

Executive Suites/Boxes Children

11 years and under 25% discount Children aged 12 and over full price.

These prices will apply unless otherwise stated in the specified package literature, in which case these prices will be superseded.

Price Validity (and accuracy)

Under 5’s and Children on the £6 menu Prices are based on one full paying adult for every one child. Children’s prices after the first main discount will be charged at the 25% discount. Children’s prices will alter over the Christmas period. Please call our reservations team for more information.

All Packages

Prices are valid for the periods shown. If a validity period is not indicated, please use this as a guide price only.

Prices often vary by month (see pricing policy) and different prices always apply for the Christmas period (normally last week in November – and all of December)

While prices and packages are accurate at the time of publication, they are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm your requirements with central reservations at the time of booking.

Sample menus are shown for guidance and are subject to change and dish availability. Certain dishes may attract a supplement charge and this is shown on the menus.

Many of our Pre booked Trackside packages include a drink voucher(s), which can only be exchanged for our current house beer (bottled or draught), house wines and house spirits. Inclusive alcoholic drinks can be exchanged for their equivalent sized soft-drink.

Payment Methods (and accuracy) All Packages

  • Cheques should be made payable to GRA Ltd and must be received at least 14 days prior to the evening.
  • When sending a cheque, please ensure that you include your name, address, the date, location of the booking and your booking reference.
  • We no longer accept Payment by cheque on the night. •We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Visa Debit Cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express, Diners Club, We do accept Electron and Solo Cards at the Booking Centre to make a booking.
  • We may require additional security checks to validate credit card payments, which include, but are not limited to, postcode & surname matching and CVV verification. If you supply us with additional personal details for this purpose, these details are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Any drinks consumed must be settled on the evening prior to departure.

Race Sponsorship

Sponsorship must be paid for at least 14 days prior to the evening.

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for all race sponsorship bookings.

If 14 days or more notice is received the sponsorship can be moved to another date (within 3 months subject to availability) or can be refunded. However, after this date no refund or transfer will be given.

Race Abandonment Policy 

Restaurant / Executive Suites Race abandonment policy:

If, on any given race night, it is required to abandon the meeting before the end of the fourth race due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, GRA limited will give Restaurant and Executive Suite customers the following:

  • Complimentary Return Visit to the Stadium within the next 3 months on the same package on a forthcoming race night (must be a like for like night).
  • Please note if you are on a package, which includes alcohol you will only be given the admission, race programme and food on your return visit.
  • GRA limited will not be held responsible for compensation for transport or any other extra you have booked to complement your evening that is not directly booked through GRA limited.

Other Terms and Information

We charge VAT at the applicable rate.

Christmas Bookings Please note these terms and conditions are not valid over the Christmas period (this covers the last week in November to the end of December). Please call the Booking Office for a copy of these terms and conditions.
