Tailor-make your event

Every booking in our Executive Suites includes admisson, room hire, race card and a delicious buffet whether choosing our Bronze, Silver or Gold package, though each package includes its own extras as standard. You can then choose from a great selection of pre-bookable extras and create the perfect bespoke party or event to suit your needs.

You can also book the suites during the day for your business meeting and follow it up with an evening of live racing action.

The Willoughby Suite: The larger of the two suites accommodates from 50 to 175 guests, with private bar and Tote betting, video race facilities, and a full-length glass frontage, overlooking the restaurant and the track.

The Victoria Suite: Catering for parties of 25 to 55, this suite has a private bar, Tote betting and video race coverage. The Suite opens out to the top of the grandstand, offering perfect views of the nights racing action. Please note the Victoria Suite does not directly overlook the track.

Please note that the Restaurant and Executive suites are preferred non-smoking areas.
